What this website collects
Nothing automatically. There are no accounts, no tracking pixels, no analytics and no advertising cookies.
Two things are stored in your own browser and never sent anywhere by themselves: your light or dark theme preference, and trip preferences you build in the planner. Clearing your browser data removes them.
What happens when you send an enquiry
When you submit the enquiry form, your answers are sent to our server and delivered to our team mailbox. If that fails, the form offers alternatives — composing an email in your own mail application, or preparing a WhatsApp message that you review and send yourself. Either way, we receive only what the form showed you: typically your name, contact details, travel dates and trip preferences.
We use that to answer you and to prepare your proposal. If you book, the relevant details are shared with the local partners needed to arrange your trip — hotels, drivers, guides and experience hosts — and with no one else. We do not sell your data or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 24 months. Booking records are kept for seven years because Armenian tax law requires it.
Third parties
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If you would rather avoid that, the fonts can be self-hosted — ask your developer to make that change.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@orienttour.am and we will respond within 30 days.
