What this website collects
Nothing automatically. This is a static website with no backend, no accounts, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies.
Two things are stored in your own browser and never sent anywhere: your light or dark theme preference, and any tours you save to your shortlist. Clearing your browser data removes both.
What happens when you contact us
The enquiry form does not transmit anything to a server. It composes an email in your own mail application, which you then choose to send. If you send it, we receive whatever you wrote — typically your name, email address, travel dates and what you are looking for.
We use that to answer you and to run your trip if you book one. We do not sell it, share it with anyone outside the suppliers needed to deliver your booking, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 24 months. Booking records are kept for seven years because Armenian tax law requires it.
Third parties
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If you would rather avoid that, the fonts can be self-hosted — ask your developer to make that change.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@orienttour.am and we will respond within 30 days.
